Hi!
go for fullscreen slider element instead, as I have written in your other post already. When editing page choose transparent header on the right side (scroll down) of header options.
Cheers!

image sizes are controlled by WordPress itself. You can gain much more control with a plugin like this: https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
Hope this helps.Cheers!
AndyHey!
did you try to add this file to your child theme? if it does not work it would require a huge amount of time and customization of the theme and that is why you would need to hire a freelance developer for this job.
Regards,
AndyHey!
I think this is not a theme related question, but a general WordPress one, so you need to ask this in general WordPress forum.
Best regards,
AndyHey!
it would require a huge amount of time and customization of the theme and that is why you would need to hire a freelance developer for this job. Maybe you could find a plugin which works for you with such function.

as already said: You are using an old version of the theme, so please upgrade to Enfold 3.4.7 and let us know if you still need help afterwards.

try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. If that does not help send us admin access, so we can take a deeper look into it. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?

try to use height value in it:
.av-parallax-inner { height: 500px; }If it does not work, then send us a link showing the element in question, so we can inspect it.
Cheers!
AndyHey!
there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
Best regards,
AndyHey!
I tried it on my own installation and with my own mailchimp api key and it works totally fine for me. If we can’t reproduce the issue, then we can’t do much. Make sure to use correct api key from your mailchimp account and ask mailchimp support about it.
Best regards,
AndyHi!
please clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Make sure to clear any cache from caching plugin as well.
Best regards,
AndyHi ak-muc!
can you provide us a precise link where we can see this issue again? I tried link in private content, but does not work for me. We need admin access as well please. As far as I know you are the only one with this problem and we already provided you a code which corrects the issue. It might be too much effort for Kriesi when an easy code snippet does the job already.
Cheers!

thank you again for making us aware about it. I notified Kriesi about it and he told me right now he will check what’s going on there. Sorry that you waited so long and thanks for being patient a little bit more.
Regards,
AndyHey!
hm das wird leider nicht so einfach und in diesem Fall müsstest du ein semi transparentes Background-Bild verwenden.

AndyHey!
Enfold just deals the standard WordPress way. I think you need to contact plugin’s author about it. Does it work for you when deactivating all plugins completely?

AndyHey!
try this code in Quick CSS field:
.flex_column.av_one_full.av-animated-generic.fade-in.flex_column_div.av-zero-column-padding.first.avia-builder-el-0.avia-builder-el-no-sibling.avia_start_animation.avia_start_delayed_animation { width: 112%; left: -6%; height: 534px !important; }but why not choose fullscreen slider element instead?

I checked your website again, but this issue does not happen for me when I click on “load more”. Which OS and browser are you using? make sure to clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

I checked your website and it seems to be fine. For example logo area is displaying fine for me. Could you fix it?
You are still using a caching plugin, go into it’s settings and choose to switch off caching. Afterwards clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Deactivate all other plugins as well.Best regards,
AndyHi!
then go for a plugin like contact form 7.
Cheers!

AndyHey!

1.) You would need to hire a freelance developer for the job to make a plugin compatible. However, we recommend to use Yoast SEO plugin, as it is fully compatible with Enfold theme.
2.) Click on “Screen option” on the upper right corner and select it.
Cheers!
AndyHi!
dann teste es bitte und teile uns deine Ergebnisse mit.
Ja, diese Plugin Empfehlung hätte ich dir als nächstes gegeben. Schön, dass es damit klappt!
