try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. If that does not help send us admin access, so we can take a deeper look into it. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?

ja, schick uns gerne einen Admin Zugang zu und wir schauen es uns einmal an. Gehe sicher, dass du die neueste Theme und WordPress Version verwendest und deaktiviere alle Plugins.

I think we can’t really help you with it, as we can’t support every 3rd party plugin as written in our support policy. Did you already ask plugin’s author about it? what is his response?

1.) I can’t see any spaces, so not sure what you mean. Please provide us a precise link where we can see the issue you have with your layerslider.
2.) I don’t think Kriesi implemented symlink feature into Enfold yet. Are you using a plugin for it? if yes which one?

Glad it’s working for you. Kriesi might add it into a future update, but until then please use a child theme.
