try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

activate your caching plugin again, then go into plugin’s settings and choose to switch off caching. Afterwards deactivate it again and clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

does it work for you when activating a default WordPress theme? Let us know about your results.
Please ask WooCommerce support about this issue as well, as they know their plugin best.
You have been using WP RocketPlugin, so activate it again, go into plugin’s settings and choose to switch off caching. Afterwards deactivate it again, then clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

Gehe sicher, dass du die neueste Theme und WordPress Version verwendest. Haben wir die Erlaubnis all deine Plugins temporär zu deaktivieren? um einige Testes durch zu führen.Gruß!

not sure what you mean. What do you mean with “default group”? You have to select group by yourself when editing element in question. There is not other way for it.

in deinem source code sehe ich, dass du immer noch ein jpg verwendest, statt ein png24 als background image. Mit dem Theme hat das nichts zu tun. Versuche statt dessen ein standard WordPress Theme zu aktivieren und versuche dort dein png24 hoch zu laden. Sollte genau klappen/nicht klappen. Kannst du dein transparente png24 mal bitte als dropbox hier zur Verfügung stellen? dann können wir es selbst mal testen.

I tried to reproduce the issue on my own installation, but it does not happen for me. I copied the content from your post and my featured image appears just fine. Can you update WordPress and to Enfold 3.4.7 please? Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily for testing purposes? Refresh browser cache, as well as cache from any caching plugin.

2.) Leider nein, mir ist solch ein Tool nicht bekannt und ich hoffe du findest etwas passendes für dich.
3.) Für diese Funktion müsstest du dir ein Plugin von dritten suchen.

I think it would be helpful to us, if you use visual material to describe what you want to achieve. Please use screenshots/mockups to show us what you want. Use a service like imgur.com or dropbox.

1.) Would be best to ask WooCommerce Support about this, as they know their plugin best. I think you need to search a plugin for such function.
2.) Use this code in Quick CSS field:
.woocommerce.product-columns-5 ul.products li.product, .woocommerce-page.product-columns-5 ul.products li.product { width: 30%; }and adjust as needed.
