try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. If that does not help send us admin access, so we can take a deeper look into it. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?

du verwendest WP Rocket (caching plugin), leere den Cache dort. Anschließend deaktiviere dieses und alle anderen Plugins. Dann leere deinen Browser cache und hard refresh einige Male.

you don’t need to delete files from child theme, just main theme files. Nothing will happen, as all your content is stored inside your database and you wont’t loose andy settings. However, make a backup, just in case.

it does not help me to troubleshoot anything, but then I can confirm that it will stay if you update theme.
I checked your backend and when editing site in question I see something similar what you describe in the frontend:

das sind normale WordPress standard Funktionen, die du dir wünscht. Bitte gehe zu Appearance->Menus->”Custom Links” und definiere dort dein individuelles Menü. Als URL verwende “#”, dann leitet es nicht weiter.

as shown in link in private content you are using layerslider inside of content slider, which is causing this issue I think. Why are you doing this? what do you want to achieve?

no theme can know which behavior of an image you want on different devices. Please provide us a mockup showing exactly what you are trying to achieve and we try to provide you with some precise CSS code.

ups sorry for the german, I am answering lots of german posts and even spanish ones, so that I get confused sometimes.
Are you referring to the minimum height value of the code Elliott provided you in the other thread? As you are asked to put the code into a codeblock element it would survive any theme updates (it would als if you put it into Quick CSS field).
I am wondering why you see a different result than me if we use same computers. Are you sure you cleared all your cache and hard refreshed a few times? Can you double check on another computer as well? If we can’t reproduce an issue then we can’t do much.

there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
