try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. If that does not help send us admin access, so we can take a deeper look into it.
Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?

this is expected behavior, as you will loose all WordPress’s standard settings when using ALB for blog posts. You need to do everything from scratch in your case using elements from ALB.

there might be some corrupted files and in this case simply overwriting might not be enough, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
Deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue.
Are we allowed to deactivate your plugins too? Let us know about your results with deactivating them all.

use a new ticket for a new question please. Ask WooCommerce support about this too, as they know their plugin best. Does it work for you when activating a default WordPress theme instead? Make sure to clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Deactivate all other plugins.

Wordpress is cropping images by default when uploading them. You can control this behavior with a plugin like:
