2.) Auf deinem Screenshot sehe ich zwar weitere Wünsche, aber es wäre gut das Endergebnis vom ganzen zusätzlich noch zu sehen. Dann könnten wir dir besser helfen.

Außerdem habe ich den Link im private Content mal gecheckt, aber der führt leider nicht zu den Elementen die du auf deinen Screenshots zeigst. Bitte schicke uns einen präzisen Link.

3.) Wäre gut wenn du die Jungs von WooCommerce anschreibst und dort fragst wie du die Optionen von WooCommerce veränderst/stylest. Denn die kennen ihr Plugin am besten.

there is no tutorial for how to create a contact page, as it is something very basic.

There is not function for updating attachments. I think you would need to search a plugin for such function. Maybe Contact Form 7 plugin is for you.
