hm are you using any caching (e.g. from a plugin?) maybe with your Jetpack plugin? If yes go into it’s settings and choose to switch off caching. Then deactivate all plugins. Afterwards clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

I checked your website (s. private content) and instagram images in footer look totally fine to me. Seems you could adjust min-height value as needed. If it’s still not fixed for you then show us the results you want to achieve, so we know exactly what you need.

you could try to build an extra table for mobile devices only, which you can hide on desktop. You could do this at first: kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ and then give your mobile table a unique css class. Then you can use a code like this:

@media screen and (min-width: 1200px) {
.my-mobile-table {
display: none;
}}

min-width stands for minimum screen size. Adjust it as needed.

you are using an old version of WordPress, so please upgrade. you are using W3 Total Cache Plugin, so go into plugin’s settings and choose to switch off caching. Deactivate this and all other plugins. Afterwards clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
