the plugin you’re using might not be compatible with Enfold. Instead we recommend to work with WPML. However, if you want to stick with this plugin, then we can’t help and you need to talk to plugin’s author about it.

I would not deactivate responsiveness and instead try to find some custom code which works well on smaller screen sizes. If you want our help with this, then we need your website in responsive mode, so we can find a workaround for you.

best to modify loop-index.php file as Yigit already mentioned, but as a workaround you could try tis code inside Quick CSS field:
.slide-meta { top: -24px; } header.entry-content-header { position: relative; top: 24px; }For yellow line try this workaround:
.slide-entry-excerpt.entry-content:after { content: ''; border-bottom: 2px solid yellow; display: block; margin-top: 17px; width: 20%; }and adjust as needed.

try to talk with your host if they can allow for 5 minutes to increase php max_execution_time. Then you should be able to import the demo. Otherwise what you can try is to click lots of times the import button inside backend, until import is completely finished. You will get an error message, but just keep going, until it works.

you need to work with media queries to achieve what you want. Try this inside Quick CSS field:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .active-slide { background-size: 158% 100% !important; background-position: 60% 25% !important; }}and adjust the values as needed.

die Schlagwortausgabe klappt ohne bei Enfold ohne das Relevanssi Plugin. Es scheint also eine Inkompatibilität zwischen Enfold und diesem Plugin zu geben. Leider können wir da nicht viel machen, da wir mit Relevanssi keinerlei Kooperation haben. Wenn du auf unsere Plugin Liste schaust (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/recommended-plugins/), dann wirst du dort ein anderes Such-Plugin finden und nicht Relevanssi.
Es würde über diesen Basic Support hier drüber hinaus gehen die Inkompabilität zwischen Enfold und Relevanssi zu klären, daher würde ich dir empfehlen entweder ein anderes Plugin zu verwenden oder dir einen Freelance Developer zu engagieren für diesen Job. Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

I copied all your content into my own installation to reproduce the issue on my end, but it doesn’t happen for me on my end. So something must cause it especially on your end. Please remove your child theme and any other customization you’ve done so far, as well as deactivate all your plugins, to check if one of those things are causing the issue. Also have in mind that maybe it’s just a caching issue on your end. So switch off any caching you’re using, clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

some servers refuse if if upload/import time is taking too long. So talk to your host about this issue. Also try it with a default WP theme to check if you get similar results or not and let us know about them here.

which demo do you want to import exactly? are you able to import any other Enfold demos?
Sometimes your server refuses if the import duration takes too long. In this case it can help to click the import button very often (at least 10 times, until it works). Also talk to your host, trying to tell them to increase upload/import time for your server.Best regards,

unfortunately we can’t do much, as we have no experience with this plugin. If the plugin’s author can’t help you, then we recommend to use a different plugin, like WooCommerce, which is fully compatible with Enfold.

why aren’t you using Enfold’s header shrinking function? you can activate it inside Enfold->Header->Header behavior->Shrinking Header
Then you can also activate the option “Unstick topbar”.Best regards,
