Basically I think you need to modify the search.php file in the theme files and the loop-search.php file in the includes folder of the theme files.

Hi!

Very few customers have reported this to us and I think Kriesi needs more time for a fix for this issue. It’s quite difficult to find the cause of it, because it’s only happening on Safari+iOS. Thanks for being patient.

ok, now I get what you mean. Please can you check if you get the same result when using Enfold v3.5.1? If yes then I will forward this issue to Kriesi and let’s hope that he can find a fix for it soon. Thank you for making us aware about it. We are awaiting your reply.

thanks for the video. Can you provide us admin access, so we can have a deeper look into it? are you using any kind of caching? please ask your host if they are using caching on your server and if yes then deactivate it.

what do you mean with pop ups bleeding off the edge? can you highlight what’s going on please? I have checked your hotstpots and they look fine to me.
When adding a new hotspot then edit the new hotspot element and look for “Tooltip Position”, to make adjustments of the position.

Try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. If that does not help there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

Wordpress is cropping images by default when uploading them. You can control this behavior with a plugin like: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
