as written in our support policy we can provide you basic support related to the theme only. Basically things which are not working as expected are included in this. For something which you need to do we recommend to hire a freelance developer.

there is no shortcode for it, as those icons are hard coded inside the theme. The icons are from http://fontello.com/ and http://www.entypo.com/. Feel free to contact them and/or to use their icons to implement it inside your page content.

I think there is a typo in Vinnies code. We updated it. Please use the edited version and let us know if it solves the issue. Don’t forget to clear browser cache + hard refresh a few times.

hm maybe you could achieve something like this if you use shortcodes which you can see when you use debug mode: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
Then you can implement your pricing table shortcode inside of accordion shortcode.

for thousands of customers it’s working fine, so something must cause this problem especially on your end. I can’t reproduce it neither on my end. Seems to me that you don’t have enough PHP memory limit still. Please call your hosting provider and ask how much php memory limit you have on your server. Best would be to use 256MB.
Although you have done it already: please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

Not sure about which element you are talking about concerning a padding-top value, but in Yigit’s last code you find “0” as padding-top. You could also use this code instead:
.bdp_single.offer_blog .bdp_single_offer_blog { padding-top: 100px; }and adjust as needed.
I can’t see any issue on the last link you have provided. Open a new ticket for it and provide us precise information where we can see what’s going on. Use screenshots to highlight (imgur.com, dropbox).

Wordpress is cropping images by default when uploading them. You can control this behavior with a plugin like: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
