AndyHi,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- the URL to the login screen
- a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
- as well as a password for that username
Best regards,
AndyHi,
insert the code into your functions.php, preferably into your child theme.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
open a new ticket for a new problem please.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
this is what I see:
which seems totally fine to me. I can’t see any issues at all. What exactly do you want to change? can you highlight using screenshots the problems you see please?Best regards,
AndyHi,
Wordpress approving (and that’s why changing) constantly. So there will always be some changes after an update. However you can control this image size manually using this code in Quick CSS field:
.post-entry-3946 img.attachment-portfolio.size-portfolio.wp-post-image { width: 100%; height: 215px; }Adjust as needed.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
maybe this will help you: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/avia-layout-builder-content-element-masonry-lightbox-linking-active/#post-594884
Best regards,
AndyHi,

IF YOU HAVE TROUBLES SINCE THE UPDATE TO WORDPRESS … “) bereits gelesen hast.
Schön, dass es jetzt klappt.
Gruß,
AndyHi!
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { .flex_column.av_one_fourth.flex_column_div.avia-builder-el-6.el_after_av_three_fourth.avia-builder-el-last.column-top-margin { width: 100%; }}Passe die media queries (max-width) entsprechend der Browsergröße an.
Gruß,
AndyHey!
AndyHi,
upload the image in question again, but in the same size as your other images.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
please use Masonry Gallery element instead of Masonry element, to be able to open images in a lightbox.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
please open different tickets for different question.
1.) Use this code in Quick CSS field:
.sd-services-box { padding-bottom: 240px; }and adjust as needed.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
glad you could fix it. Let us know in a new ticket if you have some more questions related to the theme. We are happy to assist you.

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyHi,
try this code in Quick CSS field:
.entry-content { background: url(https://electricite-plus.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/01_Fils_electriques_2.jpg) !important; }I am sure there a are plenty of plugins with such a function out there.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
LayerSlider will be updated by next big Enfold Update. Until then we recommend to use the implemented LayerSlider version, instead of updating manually, cause it can cause errors, like in your case.

AndyMay 3, 2016 at 12:57 pm in reply to: problem with plugin "the events calendar" (TEC) events list and enfold #626377Hey hagege,
you are using a caching Plugin, so go into plugin’s settings and choose to switch off caching. Deactivate this and all other plugins. Afterwards clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I checked your website and it seems that it’s fine now, as it appears like in your screenshot. So could you fix it?
Best regards,
AndyHey FedeMITIC,
where can we see the screenshots of the issue? cause I can’t see what you mean on your website. Please use dropbox or imgur.com to provide us screenshots.
Clear browser cache and check on another iPad as well.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
AndyHi,
Wordpress is cropping images by default when uploading theme. You can control this behavior with a plugin like: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
If you want to adjust Enfold’s image settings directly then refer to this: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-image-sizes/#post-336176
