Hi,
I see it on your end, but I can’t reproduce the issue on my end. So something must cause it especially on your end, as it is working for us and thousands of other customers.
I still think there are some corrupted files and if you delete all theme files completely before getting a fresh copy from your themeforest account, the issue should go away.However, maybe it has something to do with Drupal immigration. Or maybe your server is using some kind of caching. Please ask your host about it.

no, you only need to do it if it’s necessary. Normally this should not happen. Does it happen on any of your other pages?

ich kann das Problem in dem Link den du geschickt hast, nicht sehen. Schaut alles gut für mich aus. Kannst du bitte Screenshots verwenden, um deutlich zu machen wo der Fehler sichtbar ist? verwende imgur.com oder Dropbox.
Bitte versuche einmal alle Plugins zu deaktivieren, um zu schauen, ob eins dieses Problem verursacht.

Eventuell sind einige Theme Dateien korrupt und in diesem Fall müsstest du alle Theme Dateien via FTP komplett löschen und dir hinterher eine frische Enfold Kopie von deinem Themeforest Account besorgen: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
Schick uns Admin Zugang hier als private Nachricht und dann schauen wir mal in dein Backend rein, wenn obiges nichts hilft.

it does not matter if it looks like a mess with a default WP theme, what matters is if the functions ins question are working or not. So please let us know about your results with a default WP theme.

As I already told you it’s not easily possible that the widget area will shrink. For this job you need to hire a freelance developer.
Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
Update your WordPress as well.

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

as written in our support policy we can’t provide support for every 3rd party plugin. You would need to contact plugin’s author about it and if he can’t help you then you need to hire a freelance developer for this job to make it compatible for you.

this is WordPress’ default behavior (and nothing theme related). However, when you are on the menu page, click screen options at the top and check mark “Link Target”.
Now when under your menu items menu there should be a check box to “Open link in a new window/tab”

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- the URL to the login screen
- a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
- as well as a password for that username
