you could try to do it the other way round, so instead of customizing all other pages, just customize your home page. Then you can use one code with one page-id only.

Not sure which custom code is causing that your mobile menu gets hidden on the about page. Remove all custom code, to check if one is causing this issue.

Wordpress is cropping images by default when uploading them and if you want to control this behavior you can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes

is working on screen sizes below 767px (see media queries) only. So basically it can’t do anything on desktop screen sizes. However, send us a link where we can see the issue in question with this code on desktop.
