Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

Eventuell sind einige Theme Dateien korrupt und in diesem Fall müsstest du alle Theme Dateien via FTP komplett löschen und dir hinterher eine frische Enfold Kopie von deinem Themeforest Account besorgen: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

the css code does work. You can test it by adding a display: none; to it. Use this code as a starting point and adjust the values as needed.

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

can you provide us a precise link showing the issue please? on the link you’ve provided everything looks pretty good to me.
Wordpress is cropping images by default when uploading them and if you want to control this behavior you can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes

as written in our support policy we can’t provide support for every 3rd party plugins existing. Enfold is one of the best selling themes out there, so plugin’s author should investigate in a solution for you. If he can’t help you, you need to search for another plugin. I’ve no experience with such a video gallery function I’m afraid.

as you can see in my screenshot I’m on the links you’ve provided, but as you can see on the screenshot it looks totally fine (to me) and I don’t know what else you want to achieve. Please check on another computer as well. Do you want something different as shown in the screenshot I’ve provided to you?

as far as I know there is no such default function for this in WordPress. You could try to search a plugin with such a function though.

your child theme should not get effected by it. However, please try with a clean Enfold installation (so without child theme at first).

you code works on my own installation using a code block element without problems .
I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

Enfold does not offer you what this specific plugin offers you for building a menu. So if you need the functions of this plugin, then go for it.
