Did you try to copy your footer.php into your child theme directory? However, I don’t thinks it’s necessary, as you could do it inside the originally footer.php, cause it gets overwritten with the new update anyway.Best regards,

Did you try to do it with WordPress’ default editor instead?

Replace this:

There is a solution here for the google maps problem until Kriesi releases a fix for it. I solved it this way:
1. I got my API Key: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key#key
2. I copied the footer.php into the child-theme and added the following code before the </body>-tag:<!--Google Maps JavaScript API --> <script src="https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?key=XXX" type="text/javascript"></script>Best regards,

However, if you hired a freelance developer for this job, then he will take care for it already. I don’t think we can do much, as it seems that the plugin you’ve mentioned is not compatible. You need to reach out plugin’s author about it.

we do not support 3rd party plugins. It’s not easy to set everything correctly with a caching plugin, but nothing we can help you with. Contact plugin’s author about it and I’m sure Google can help you in this case too.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

seems you have messed up with the files and in this case there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

I can’t reproduce the issue on my own installation. Video element is showing fine for me. Very weird. Something must cause it especially in your end. Check if you’re able to display a youtube video using a default WP theme. Maybe your server is blocking it somehow. Try to ask your host about it.
