Looks totally fine to me. I also checked on http://ipadpeek.com/ but can’t see it neither. Again: can you provide us screenshots of the issue please?

I purged your cache. Then I deactivated all your plugins but WooCommerce by WooThemes. I hard refreshed your website and then I can see this:
So seems that one plugin is causing this issue.

I tested it with kriesi.at and other Enfold websites and it worked fine. So we can’t reproduce the issue. However, we can’t offer support for 3rd party tools/plugins, as written in our support policy. Please ask GTmetrix about this issue.

would be best to use a new ticket for a different question/issue, otherwise it gets very confusing here.
“auto” value for padding does not work, so insert a number instead. Other values are working for me. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

as already mentioned you need to deactivate Enfold’s lightbox. Then you need to search a plugin which is compatible as a lightbox plugin with Enfold.

not sure what you mean as I can’t see any issues on your website. Please provide us screenshots of the issues and add a precise link where we can see the elements in question.
Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Check on another computer as well. Make sure host is not using any caching on your server.

Please open your own ticket, otherwise it get’s too confusing. Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem. Make sure to use newest theme version.Best regards,

please follow our instructions. Again: switch off caching, then deactivate your caching plugin as well as all other plugins. Let us know about your results. Afterwards we can do more testings. Let us know when you’re ready.

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
