Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

not sure what this is about. Can you show us the issues please? I don’t know what you want to show us with your current screenshot.
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

did you switch off caching before deactivating caching plugin? this is very important.
Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins?

now I see what you mean. You are using two code block elements. Obviously that code does not work and it would require heavy custom work to achieve what you want. You would need to hire a freelancer for that job: kriesi.at/contact/customization
However, I would try to work within LayerSlider itself, so why not work with buttons instead?

when I activate your default Enfold theme (and not the child theme) then it’s working without errors. So something inside your child theme is causing the issue. Check all your custom code and remove it one by one.

there is no recommended image size. Use what you need. WordPress is cropping images by default when uploading them and if you want to control this behavior you can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes
