Visual Composer Plugin is incompatible with Enfold theme unfortunately. You would need to hire a freelance developer to make it compatible for you. You can hire one here: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization

I deactivated all your plugins temporarily and then it worked again (s. test page in private content which I created with ALB). Deactivate all your plugins one by one to see which on one is causing this issue.

as far as I know you need to deactivate it inside your Mailchimp settings. It does not get controlled by the theme, as it is a Mailchimp function.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.
But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Keep all plugins deactivated while testing.

Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)

as this seems to be a WooCommerce issue and not a theme one, please ask WooCommerce support about it. I recommend to completely deinstall the plugin and reinstall it afterwards.

I checked your backend again and although Yoast plugin is deactivated your ALB does not work. We can’t reproduce the issue on our end, so something must cause it especially on your end.

ich würde mal Yoast Support darüber fragen, die sind für SEO etc. zuständig, denn soweit ich weiß gibt es Metatags bei Yoast einzutragen.
Lass uns in einem neuen Ticket wissen, wenn du eine direkte Frage bezüglich des Themes hast.

we are lots of different moderatos living in different countries. We need access for all moderators. So please make sure that you remove any blocking from your server, so we all can access without providing all our IP addresses.
Deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing this issue.
