Hi,
we can’t help you with 3rd party plugins, as written in our support policy. You need to contact plugin’s author for help about his plugin. If Nextgen works fine for then I would simply use this plugin instead.
Best regards,
AndyHey Office_SP,
verwende ein Plugin wie Loco Translate oder Poedit dafür.
Gruß,
AndyHi,
this is what I see on your website:
iPad portrait:
iPad landscape:
iPhone portrait:
iPhone landscape:
Desktop:
Everything seems fine to me. We can’t really help you, if we can’t see any error.

AndyHi,

then use this code instead:
#tab-id-1-container p span strong { color: red; }
and adjust tab-id as needed.

AndyHey Timo,
kannst du uns bitte einen präzisen Link mit den entsprechenden Elementen aus deinem Screenshot schicken?

AndySeptember 21, 2016 at 2:30 pm in reply to: Unwanted content displayed under menu when using safari on the iphone #689826Hi,
for me there is no content anymore below your mobile menu. So it seems to me that you could fix it. If you still see it then it might be because of your caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue. Deactivate your caching plugin afterwards, as well as all other plugins and check again.
Best regards,
AndyHey TomaszCwil,
I can’t see any adds on the link you’ve provided. Can you explain further please? and show us what you mean? you can use screenshots/mockups to illustrate what you want to achieve (imgur.com, dropbox).
Best regards,
AndyHi,
you can hide it using CSS. Use this code inside Quick CSS field:
.comment-entry.post-entry { display: none; }
Best regards,
AndyHi,

AndySeptember 21, 2016 at 2:01 pm in reply to: Search results return page with transparent header #689803Hey Diana,
search result page is controlled by WordPress itself and not by the theme. So you would beed to customize search.php by yourself or hire a freelance developer for this job: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
Best regards,
AndyHey nautrino,
you could activate ALB in your blogposts to achieve this.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Keep all plugins deactivated while testing.

AndySeptember 21, 2016 at 1:48 pm in reply to: Partner/Logo Element Not Showing Additional Logos #689788Hi,
this does not happen for me. First I added 4 images, then I add another 2 and then another image. At first deactivate all your plugins and then give it a new try.

Best regards,
AndyHi,

.html_header_top.html_header_sticky .page-id-43 { padding-top: 20px !important; }

AndySeptember 21, 2016 at 1:15 pm in reply to: Why the site changed after upgrading from 3.0.4 to 3.6.1 #689764Hi,
I think the site I provided looks good on iPhone 6 portrait, too: http://smrtshot.com/i/4qTd
However, for your second link use this code inside Quick CSS code to adjust it on mobile sizes:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .av-parallax-inner.main_color.avia-full-stretch { background-position: -523px 29px !important; }}
and adjust the values as needed.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
simply flush your permalink settings, then try again. Keep all plugins deactivated while testing and make sure to use newest theme version.
Best regards,
