I tried to reproduce the issue on my end, but this is not happening for me. When I use this inside my backend:

We?d <strong>love to </strong> hear from you.

then I see “We?d” instead of “We’d”. It’s weird that this is happening especially on your end and I guess it is caused by any customizations you’ve done. Did you modify functions.php or anything else? Please remove any customizations and custom code you’re using to check which one is causing this issue.

Did you replace all theme files with a fresh copy from your themeforest account?

I checked your website on mobile and it looks better now to me. You might want to move the mobile menu and cart button into another place. Try this for example:
