Hey EliseBrowneHughes,
the contact form is using WordPress’ default functions. If it doesn’t work for you, then your server probably blocks it somehow. Talk to your host about it. Als you can try this plugin, which works for many people with this problem: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Does this issue happen with a default WP theme as well?
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyHi,
We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.
But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)
Maybe there is a plugin out there with such a function. If not you could also hire a freelance developer for this job here: kriesi.at/contact/customization
Best regards,
AndyHey Bellows,
try to use page-item-id of each sitemap element. For example for “About Us” use this code:
.page-item-689 { display: none; }
Best regards,
AndyHey SteveClark1950,
Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue.
Update your WordPress as well.
Best regards,
AndyHey Roderick,
maybe this is for you: kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/

AndyHi,
you need to test this plugin by yourself. If it doesn’t work for you then you need to search another plugin with such a function. A list of recommended plugins for Enfold here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/recommended-plugins/
Best regards,
AndyHey DavyE,
not sure what you want to achieve. Would you mind posting us a screenshot/mockup of what you would like to achieve? You can upload the screenshot to imgur.com or dropbox and share the link here :)

AndyHi,
go for a SSL plugin. Something like for example: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-force-ssl/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/https-redirection/
Best regards,
AndyHey BlipBlopDK,
not sure what you mean and of course you can always go back to the default settings. Simply remove the customizations you’ve done. A link showing the elements in question would help.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
please remove all your Google API Key and create new ones. Keep all plugins deactivated while testing.

AndySeptember 27, 2016 at 12:52 pm in reply to: edit font size default elegant multi author blog layout #692196Hi,
try this code:
.html_elegant-blog #top .post-entry .post-title, .html_elegant-blog .avia-content-slider .slide-entry-title { font-size: 40px; }
and adjust as needed.
If that’s not the correct element, then please provide us screenshots highlighting the elements you want to change.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue. Afterwards deactivate your caching plugin again, as well as all other plugins. Especially keep your cloudflare function deactivated.
Best regards,
AndyHey Alexander,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

try to add an !important to the code:
#menu-item-11934 .avia-menu-text { background-color: #ffd200 !important; }
Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

I think it would be best to include your text in question into your logo image. Otherwise it would be outside of our support scope and you would need to hire a freelance developer for this job: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
