so which plugin exactly is causing this issue? are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins for testing purposes?
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

Es reicht, wenn du den Code nur einmal in deiner functions.php verwendest.

we did not fix anything for you. But as far as I can see there is no white line anymore. Make sure it’s not a caching problem. So clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

maybe you can go for WordPress’ template function: https://codex.wordpress.org/Templates
Otherwise it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

this thread is already very long and moreover very old. Please open a new ticket for your problem. Provide us admin access to have a deeper look into the issue, as well as precise links where we can see the issue. Screenshots highlighting what’s going on would help a lot (imgur.com, dropbox).

don’t try to use it inside your child theme, but inside original theme files. If it still does not work for you send us ftp details.

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
If this does not help, then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

Please deactivate all plugins but WooCommerce by WooThemes one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
