quite difficult for me to get what you mean and know what you want to achieve. Would be much easier for us if you use screenshots and mockups to make things clear for us (imgur.com, dropbox).

this is about default WordPress behavior and not about Enfold’s functions. Maybe this helps you: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_mail/
However, we recommend to work with a plugin like Contact Form 7, if you want to have more control over this WordPress function.

I checked your page and it looked totally fine to me, so I assumed that you were viewing a cached version. I checked again and still can’t find any of the issues you were talking about. So can you make things clear to us please? you could use screenshots for example (imgur.com, drobpox), to show us what you’re talking about.

try to flush your permalink settings, by going to: Settings->Permalinks and click on “Save Changes”. So the issue does not happen with a different WordPress theme? Can you provide us admin login please? are we allowed to deactivate your plugins and switch themes?

you did not select a shop page. Do it inside Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display >Shop Page option. Those widgets will not work anywhere else, but in this page.
By the way: Please update the theme to the latest version.

Wordpress is cropping images by default when uploading them and if you want to control this behavior you can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes

I’m sorry but I have no experience with such a function and there are simply too many plugins out there :). I think it would be best if you try to google it by yourself.

that won’t be easily possible unfortunately. I think it’s best to use a simple WordPress plugin for this function.

Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

I noticed that you have used a caching plugin. Activate it again and open your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site. Then deactivate it again, as well as all other plugins and finally please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
