We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.
But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)

by “we can’t reproduce the issue” I mean that we can’t reproduce the issue on our end (on our own installations). If we can’t reproduce the issue on our end, then we can’t do much. So as said something must cause it especially on your end (and only on your end). Have never heard about anything like this before, from other hundreds of customers.
Again, you’re supposed to delete all theme files completely via FTP and get a fresh copy from the theme. Then it should work as expected. You can send us FTP login and we try to do this for you.

I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Also please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Afterwards deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue.Also there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

you can make you header settings inside Enfold->Header->Header behavior. Beside this you can change your header when editing your page. Scroll down and look on the right side for “Header visibility and transparency”.
