I’ve done that and it looks like the issue is still there
We haven’t made any modifications to the theme other than what’s in the QuickCSS area in the theme’s settings. The only thing I can think of that would affect theme files would be the “Insert Headers and Footers” plugin we have installed that just adds in some of our tracking and analytics scripts so it’s persistent when there are theme updates. But disabling the plugin and flushing the dynamic cache hasn’t resolved the issue.
I did notice an error came up when I ran SiteGround’s PHP compatibility plugin. We’re running PHP 7.0.30, so I’m not sure if this message applies (and running 5.6.36 didn’t affect the issue).

And just to give you an update, we have created a test page where the problem is replicated. The issue has persisted after the 4.4.1 update
