The gm version was released to developers last week which is the same version being released tomorrow. I’ll wait, but that still doesn’t explain why this is happening for other users as well.
Thanks
I’m running iOS 7 GM – freshly restored with no backup restored on an iPhone 5.
Thanks!
September 18, 2013 at 3:38 am in reply to: Parallax images on iPhone still not fixed (everything updated) #162670I only have kismet, bbpress, bbpress moderation, jetpack by wordpress.com, woocommerce, and wordpress seo (by yoast). All the latest versions. I can’t live without a single one of them. And yeah, cache cleared.
You should post a forum rules that tells people to do some basic things AND THEN make a post. That would certainly cut your support work down. I am sure I missed something that most people do (besides cache and refresh).
I would also LOOOOOOVE if there were a page that listed some basic functions that can be added to custom css to make changes like what I needed help with to change the promo box to a regular form submission box (like the submit button on this reply to form). That would answer many questions people have as well and they could extrapolate more from what they get on those pages. But I guess all that custom css editing would really make your job harder if it was the custom code that caused the problem. Hrmm, I dunno.

Sooooooo close. The transition is weird. The transition seems to only happen after you move your mouse off the button, but not as you move it onto it. Also, for some reason the transition of the border as you move your mouse off is slower that the transition of the main button.
Wait, figured it out. Removed the border by adding border: none to .avia-button and then removed the border-color transitions entirely and now it looks and behaves exactly like the submit button!
Give this man a raise, because he surely deserves one! Thanks a lot Yigit!
Manueldes, try this site for the css code for a button that might look like that:
http://www.cssbuttongenerator.com
Where you put the code it generates is beyond me though. Maybe Yigit knows or has a different solution.
Thanks, that code worked like a charm. Lastly and I promise it’s the last question for this button change I want to do, how do I add that fade in effect between color changes when you hover over the button?
I’d also like to add that the promo button doesn’t have that cool fade in effect that transitions between the two colors like the submit button does. hover your mouse over the submit button below this reply to and you’ll see what I mean. How do I add that cool effect?
I added the code with the color as #88bbc8, but now that is a orange border around the promo box button when it turns blue as I hover over it. It looks strange. Take a quick look. Perhaps what I want done just isn’t possible without a lot of editing.
Thanks for the code, when I put it in to quick css, it didn’t work. I had to add it to edit css for the main theme. Is this a bug or how it’s supposed to work. As it stands, I have not been able to add ANY code in to quick css and have it work. It’s not like I’m adding lines and lines of code. Maybe 2-3 tops.
While you’re there looking to see what I mean about making the promo code button look and behave exactly like the submit form (email) button, maybe you can check the website on mobile (iOS). The parallax images are shown at full size on mobile and not cropped shorter as described in the other thread I started on this forum.

I love this theme and the ability to customize. I wish answers came faster though. I’m very impatient. A flaw, I’m told.

LayerSlider Support does not exist. When you access their support site, all you can do is read faqs. They have no way of requesting support from them to help fix this. The problems does not seem to be with my host or file permissions, so it must be something with enfold. I want to by able to create some animations like what is on your front page of your website, but with that section of the plugin not allowing me to access it, I am at a standstill.
Please throw some ideas at me and I will work on them.
Nothing? Anyone have a guess as to why this is happening?
I don’t use it on my enfold site. I just bought enfold, like you, and don’t know it’s workings well enough (web code in general really). The plugin works great on my other theme and that one has a really funky menu bar so I would imagine it would work with this one easily since it’s so clean.
I would definitely like to know how to set a custom menu logo for each page as well. I found this online and I would imagine it could be tweaked to use the logo header:

Wait, one more question. How do I also make it so that, just like the submit button on a contact us form, when you hove your mouse over the button, the color changes from the main theme color to the main theme highlight color? For instance, look at the submit button on this reply to form and you will see what I mean. I basically want my promo box button to look and behave exactly like that one.
Thanks!
I use this on another blog and it’s works well. Find it in WordPress Plugins Search
CE WP-Menu per PageI’ve had this problem and tried to do the same thing. Add the code to Appearance > Edit CSS in the WordPress Admin Panel.
Thanks Josue, that answers my question. I believe manueldes still needs help with his though.
I just had my host change all permissions on my site and re-uploaded version 2.1 of enfold (freshly downloaded from theme forest today) and I still get the same error message. Is there any information you might want that might help with this error?

I meant without the gradient. I want to make it look flat like this:

September 17, 2013 at 5:11 pm in reply to: Parallax images on iPhone still not fixed (everything updated) #162327I have the same issue. Unfortunately, I posted a new thread before I saw this one. Apparently installing a new copy of the theme fixes the problem, at least it did for the last person who had a similar thread open a day ago. Doing that didn’t fix it for me. It must be something else, but I don’t know what.
Thanks. I can do that in the meantime. That doesn’t resolve the error however. It’s a workaround, but clearly, something is wrong and who knows if this issue is affecting any other areas of WP. Hrmm?
Likewise – how do you change the promo button to match the plain flat color button on a submit button of a form?
Forget it, I thought it might have been the shadow causing it not to read my font color changes, but it turned out that the color setting for that section was set to main instead of alternative. Easy fix, annoying to troubleshoot when you don’t know what you are doing.
I set permissions on everything in the wp-contents folder to 777 (temporarily of course) and it still didn’t work.
Enfold 2.2 is not up on themeforest. Version 2.1 of the theme’s update in theme options doesn’t say there is an update either.
They couldn’t help. I have another site that I use a purchased copy of LayerSlider for WP and it doesn’t give me this error, so I thought it may have been because it loads from within the theme.
I have the same issue. I’m running Enfold 2.1 (clean install on a new host) and Enfold Child 1.0 downloaded a day after the 2.1 update came out. Is this issue present on the Child theme, but not the main theme? Can I import my settings from the Child theme into the Main theme? Is there even a need for the Child theme now that the main theme includes an update theme feature?
