Yes, everything’s OK ! You may close the topic ! Have a nice day.
Thanks a lot, Mike ! You saved my day !
This reply has been marked as private.I uploaded it on my ftp. No change. I tried to upload them directly in the media library. No change. I’ll start again from scratch, but I must admit that I’m a bit disappointed. I was meant to be a “one click demo installation”… It’s not the first time i use Enfold and its demos, but the first time it’s not going well. And the hosting is not the cause, still it’s the same as for my other enfold using websites…
This reply has been marked as private. Thanks Rikard, it was in fact a ‘mobile theme’ setting from Jetpack (maybe set on as I updated the plugin).
You saved my day (3 months I’m looking for the solution…).Thanks a lot !

Hi,
I cant be more specific than this ;-)
https://www.dropbox.com/s/5tgujb6s3z4mn7q/IMG_1103.PNG?dl=0This is what I get on my iPhone, and what my collega get on her Samsung. So no point with the version of mobile navigator. When I reduce my window on desktop, the website reacts correctly. On a mobile (I already erased cookies and cache on it), I get a text only version.
Hope you will be able to help me !
Alexandre
I also update my server to php 7.0 (it was still a 4.4 version, with no maintenance anymore from OVH).
The desktop version seems to be back online (no http500 anymore). The mobile issue is still the same. I hope someone here will be able to help me.Second issue, several hours after updating Enfold this friday, the website on http://www.veroniquewaroux.info is giving an http500 error on desktop, and the issue (theme not working) is still the same on mobile (no http500 there) ??? Please help us quickly !
Hi ismael. this website is now running on the latests versions of WP and Enfold 4.2.6.
The mobile issue is still the same ! Can you please check veroniquewaroux.info on desktop and mobile, you’ll see there’s a big issue but I dont quite understand what it is. Thanks.Hi, thanks for your quick answer (I thought I would have a mail notification, I only read your answer now).
I read and read all that was necessary (your process, the WPbeginner page, the codex) for updating safely my theme (child theme process, as I did not create a child theme first).
As I already did changes in the enfold configuration (colors, header, fonts…) of this website (only in the backoffice of the Enfold theme, not directly in the files), I tried to compare (with kaleidoscope) the style.css files on my ftp and the one coming with the new Enfold 4.2 package. I don’t find there any mentions of colors, fonts… or any customization but only read this (see below) !
As I try to compare the custom.css, I still donc read anything regarding to fonts, color, header options. Only blank lines below the desktop and mobile versions…
I’m not a css php specialist at all, and I feel a bit confused in front of all this. Can you please help me ? Thanks a lot !
What about the Enfold-theme-settings-2018-1-28.txt file ? Does it help in this case ?style.css :
-* This file is only in your themefolder for WordPress to recognize basic theme data like name and version
* CSS Rules in this file will not be used by the theme.
* Instead use the custom.css file that is located in your themes /css/ folder to add your styles.
* You can copy a style rule from any of your css files and paste it in custom.css and
* it will override the original style. If you just want to add small css snippets you might also
* want to consider to add it to the designated CSS option field in your themes backend at: Theme Options->General Styling- This reply was modified 6 years, 11 months ago by alexandre_valee.
March 16, 2017 at 7:47 am in reply to: Icons not showing in chrome, OK in Safari, and weird in Mozilla #761756Hi !
Yes, yesterday in the afternoon (Belgian time), the host has found another code to write in the .htaccess to enable CORS : his server does not run on Apache, nor on II7, but on another platform I didn’t know. So the code given here did not work fully.
Thanks for your help.

Cache has been cleared in Chrome and Mozilla (I already did it yesterday but tried another time). The issue is still the same !
It works fine on Chrome (and Safari) on my iPhone.Hope you’re gonna be able to solve this quickly ! Thanks.

Hi Yigit, thanks. Forget this issue, the apic-asbl.be was set in “Français de Belgique”. Sorry, I’m Belgian ;-)
I changed it in “Français” and it works fine… Sorry for that.Whatsoever, I got another issue and spent a day in translations with the enfold widgets, on my ais-delta.be website.
Even with WPML, and WPML widgets plugin, it’s impossible to have the “enfold latest news” displayed in dutch (with a dutch title and choice of categories) and in the french (with a french title and choice of categories). It appears in french but the space stay empty in dutch. The only “solution” (because it’s not a kind of) I found, temporarily, is to display a “recent items” widget, in this aera of the dutch version.Could you help me ? Thanks !
It would be nice if someone by Kriesi could help me… Or another user who would have encountered the same issues. Please !
