Best regards, AdolfoYes Elliot. It’s very, very strange. The last two days I have changed some things in the Animated Number Elements section and now it looks well in Google Chrome but still looks bad in Mozilla Firefox. I have enclosed an image for you to see,…
Is there a way to prepare a CSS code to force Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox to recognize the Icons in Windows?.
For your information we both (client and me) can see correctly the Icons in both demo sites. No problems,
Many thanks, AdolfoHi,
The problem appear to me all the times (in Madrid) and also to my client (in Granada). Only with Windows 8.1 and Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Not with IE.
The problem does not appear with Windows Vista 7 and Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox and IE. As you can see we are using 3 different computers.
The problem does not appear with my IPad tablet with 2 browsers, Safari and Google Chrome for iOS. Besides, the problem does not appear with 2 different smartphones, Apple and Nokia, with Safari and Internet Explorer browsers.
To summarize and make it clear the problem, it happens only when you access the website from a laptop and only with Windows 8.1 and the browsers Google Chrome and Firefox, never with IE. And it happens not only with the Animated Number Elements but also with the logos in the small bar above Main Menu and with the logos in the socket. You can find an image in,…Many thanks and best regards, Adolfo
This reply has been marked as private.Just to tell you an idea I have had,…
– My Dell with Windows Vista 7 and Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer = No problems, everything works well. No Japanese ideograms.
– My Lenovo Laptop and the Client Laptop, both with Windows 8.1, Firefox and Google Chrome = Problems presented. The Animated Number Elements logos look like Japanese ideograms. But not if you access the website with a Laptop, Windows 8.1 and Internet Explorer.
Do you think that Windows 8,1, Firefox and Google Chrome and the problem with the Japanese ideograms have something to do? Why everything works well if you access the WebSite with IE?. Might it have a possible relationship?
Tonight we have a very cold night in Madrid. Regards, AdolfoHigh everybody,

October 8, 2014 at 2:00 pm in reply to: Possible bug in the ALB Color Element code and also in the Video Element code #332397Hi Yigit,
It works now. I have put manually a 180px high for the element.
Just to remember you the other problem I have found with the Video ALB Element in the same page.
Many thanks for everything and best regards, Adolfo.October 8, 2014 at 1:21 pm in reply to: Possible bug in the ALB Color Element code and also in the Video Element code #332362Many thanks Yigit,

}Now the triangle has disappeared now, but the high of the element is not OK. It is to narrow,…

Many thanks for the help, AdolfoOctober 8, 2014 at 10:25 am in reply to: Possible bug in the ALB Color Element code and also in the Video Element code #332251Dear Ismael,
After applying your strange solution to the “Color Section ALB Element” it looks even worse now as you can see now in the online website layout in,
http://clinicadoctorlajo.webcorpdesign.net/la-clinica/
No high for the element and the triangle is still repeated,…
Sorry, but I insist there is a bug in the code of the “Color Section” Element.
Many thanks in advance for your help and kind regards, Adolfo
October 6, 2014 at 9:09 pm in reply to: Possible bug in the ALB Color Element code and also in the Video Element code #331169Dear Yigit,
As you can see in the Page “La Clínica” the second triangle below has a grey color, the same color as in the header, which I have built with the ALB element “Color Section”.
So I have the theory that this problems can appears when you use two or more times the same ALB element “Color Section” in the same page.
What do you think about?

Hola,
Saludos y buen finde, AdolfoHola Josue,
