OK, thanks Rikard, though it does make it difficult to allow troubleshooting access if dynamic. I will pas it on to the host but I will instead see if the host can allow a particular country, are you/the IP origin in Austria too Rikard? We are in Australia so this timezone difference makes it very challenging to collaborate. It’s almost 1am here, and each night I wake up to see if you guys are responding. By the time the host sees it, you are all asleep, and vice versa. Let’s see how this goes, I’ll take a chance that the IP origin is Austria.
Thanks for your help with that Ismael, though it didn’t make a difference, the issue still applies. I really need Rikard’s IP address so the host can grant access, but he may not have seen the request yet.
Thank you for your help Rikard… could you also please supply us with your regular IP address and I will pass it on to the host to whitelist.
I have asked the host for server log errors, but with the timing, these may not be supplied to me for another 15 hours.
I really appreciate your help trying to sort this out, it’s been days of tending time here and there to investigating the problems, I’m troubleshooting but not sure where the issue is.
Once question I do have is: If I switch the theme temporarily, how do I purge all previous Enfold theme data in the database? I’d like to do that so that I can install a fresh version of the theme, and set the theme settings manually, instead of by import from the Dev site’s export file. I have a feeling that there may be an issue with that process., and I’d like to set it all manually. Though I know the database still retains the old settings, so i’m hoping there is a way to remove entirely from the database?
cheers
DarrylPlease note there is also the File Manager plugin available in the installation, can act like having ftp access.
I also have an addon domain dev site on same server that is running Enfold and child theme fine, which only makes things more mysterious. This hour I have ‘copied’ the theme and theme child to the live site (using the cPanel File Manager) with no change.

I have since tested turning off the child theme elements (each css file and functions file, renamed includes folder) and then activated only the Enfold theme, to bypass the child theme. Still same issue in Enfold, unable to load the layout builder in the usually expected way, icons still missing. I also deleted the cache of the cache plugin (and had on other occasions deactivated the cache altogether).

I just clicked my original link in private, and it loaded. I also clicked your new link, and it loaded. Maybe something intermittent?
Gday Rikard, thank you for your prompt reply. Yes, that is OK to temporarily switch themes and plugins for testing, very much appreciated. You should be able to access the theme editor now, though I don’t have FTP details per se.
Also, this is an error we have received:
