thanks so much for your reply. This is very odd, No one accidentally deleted it… it simply disappeared, probably more of a plugin conflict as we had it in the past! Anyway… But our goal is to fix it ASAP.I’ve just managed to fix it by manually overriding the file as you advised. And everything is working well as before :)

This thread is solved now. The issue was coming from my host provider, thanks for the tip.Note: rebuilding the page from scratch is not effective because the issue appears a soon as leaving the page’s editor.

NádiaHi Victoria, have you even try to look into it? I’m just frustrated with your answer here. In meantime, I’ve looked at the suggested tread w the same issue and didn’t have any success (still give me the same error).
How can you explain to me that I’m able to access some (Editor) pages and not others (3 pages to be precise) on the same website, this is happening, on my 3 other websites?
Please help me with this. It’s not acceptable to have an issue with the theme’s editor and you aren’t considered to look further into the issue. Not to mention that I need to change my content and I’m unable to do it since the update.

This situation couldn’t have come in a more critical time has Christmas. If we can’t receive forms we lose money, and if we lose money with enfold we’ll have to find an alternative. Sure last updates must have screwed up something but we sure aren’t the only ones with this problem, as all our websites are presenting the same issue.

This has finally been fixed last evening by other plugin support. But I still see that our Social Profiles just disappeared – they are on functions.php and showing on the list, the error I detected when inspecting it:

Please see the screenshot: instead of having 5 social icons, you can only see 1(mail icon), if hover you can the links a there correctly the color as well – but missing the icons- It was here 2 days ago.
It doesn’t look good and I don’t understand why these bugs are happening so often. we need a stable Website.

This Enfold Theme is driving us crazy, now from all font icons aren’t showing. Please help us fix this. I this there’s something wrong w the scripts or code. This is a point where Dev Team needs to step up and find the real problem. It’s been 2 weeks already! NOT GOOD.LF to hear from you soon
