Updated the actual domain via ftp and it took this time. Checked and all looks good. Theme shows current version and no other errors. I think we are good. You can close this ticket. Thanks for the help.
I deleted via ftp and reinstalled from the latest folder download in Themeforest and it looks like it took. I am going to try and replicate on the actual site now. I will report back.
Site still crashing. I moved it to a staging domain and tried to update it with the same result but different errors. I set up a log in for you to review. This is a test domain so feel fee to do what you need to do. See private content below.
I have been working on this for the past month with no success. We have another site with with the same set up using BlueHost which I was able to update with no issues.
Is there a way to check all of my setting with GoDaddy to see what could be possibly causing the issue?
I updated php but is there other settings I can check? I’m running out of options and really need to get this corrected. We have three sites on GoDaddy with this issue.
Or I am open to any other suggestions you guys might have. I appreciate the help so far as I know it’s not a theme issue but a hosting issue. So I appreciate you guys helping me through this.
PHP has been updated to 7.0.
Do you think that was the issue and are we safe in trying to do an update now?
I was finally able to get the error code produced.

Can you assist in resolving so we can proceed with updates? I added a few *** in places of some data that I didn’t want shown.
It was due to the page being a child page. Thanks for the help. Got the menu items color changed in the main settings with this fix. You can close.

We are working on all possible scenarios. Adjusting the theme didn’t solve everything. We are working with the plugin authors as well. Go ahead and close this one for now.
Update, the issue is on the second go round of slides. Once the slider returns to the second slide for the second time, an image pops in for a second before the video plays. The picture that shows is one of the graphics we have as layer that appears near the end of the video.
So the issue is having that layer appear right before the video plays and then appears as it should near the end of the video as well (on the second go round of slides.) lol
Hopefully not too confusing and will make sense once you see it.
Wow, can’t believe it was that simple. The Layered Popup plugin was causing the Layered Slider to not work. I deactivated and will find another option for our need. Didn’t think of this option since we hadn’t done any plugin updates or changes.

Thanks Elliot. That took care of it. Sorry I wasn’t able to get that on my own. Such a simple solution.
Any thoughts on creating anchor links that will link to different areas of a single page?
