It works, thank you!
Hi Basilis,
No the issue’s not yet fixed. You’re right though – there is a border, but it’s too small. I’d prefer to make it a few pixels thicker, if possible.
Best
Hi Rikard,
The video is located under “See how it works”. As you can see, it’s easy to miss because it starts on a white frame and has no border.
Thanks
Nevermind, it seemed to finally kick in after about half an hour. Thanks :)

Hi,
As per Andy’s instructions via email, I tried disabling plugins one by one and it appears as though the Wordfence Security plugin was the issue. I’ll play around with the plugin’s settings to see if I can resolve this.
Thanks guys!
Hi,
Sorry, I thought the password was automatically emailed to you. I have attached it now.
Thanks
Hi Yigit,
Thanks – I’ve done as you have asked and pasted the details into the private content area.
Thanks
Perfect, thank you!
Thanks Yigit, that works!
Just for interest sake, I tried changing the code for center alignment:
#footer .flex_column {
text-align: center;
}– but again only one column was affected. Is there a way to fix this?
Thanks
Hi Yigit,
For some reason that flips the content and puts content from the first column into the second and vice versa.
Hi Yigit,
That works for the second column, not the first? We’d like both columns to be changed.
Thanks
Awesome – thanks, guys! Sorted now.
Hi Yigit,
That works thank you, but I do notice that the number looks strange because it’s not really centred. I see in the code that the position is relative, and under Enfold>Header settings, it is set to display on the right which is how it should be for desktop/laptop view. But is there any way to make it centered for mobile view and only mobile view?
Thanks
Haha sorry I thought I had.

No the code is taking effect but I can’t seem to find the correct padding values. I have no idea how to even begin calculating what will work and what won’t. I have tried playing around with different values, but I’m just not coming right. I’m not blaming your code – I’m blaming myself.
Thanks, though.
November 24, 2015 at 2:28 pm in reply to: Original Header Menu Quick CSS Code No Longer Working #541628Hi, okay fair enough. I’m just going to give this a miss then – I can’t seem to get the padding to work out properly. Thanks.
November 24, 2015 at 1:56 pm in reply to: Original Header Menu Quick CSS Code No Longer Working #541602Hi Andy,
Sorry, but I can’t get it to work. I’m not clued up on code or how padding should be measured. None of us at our company are familiar with code. Is there not simply a clean code I can put in to spread the items evenly across the page?
November 24, 2015 at 9:55 am in reply to: Original Header Menu Quick CSS Code No Longer Working #541401Hi Andy,
No, it’s working now because I removed the code so it wouldn’t affect the live site, which is why I sent you the image to view instead. I’ll apply the code now just for today so you can view the site live.
Thanks
November 23, 2015 at 3:15 pm in reply to: Original Header Menu Quick CSS Code No Longer Working #540901Hi Andy,
Yes, as stated above, the code does seem to work as it is spreading out the menu items, BUT the alignment is incorrect. The attachment links I sent earlier demonstrate this – you can see that the titles are not centered inside their menu containers as they should be, and the highlighter underneath each title’s container spreads across two title containers. So the code is not working properly. So it’s the same issue.
November 23, 2015 at 1:11 pm in reply to: Original Header Menu Quick CSS Code No Longer Working #540746Hi Andy,
Done – plugin worked and theme has been updated. I re-added the CSS code again but still the same issue appears. See attached.
Thanks

I get what you’re saying but I think there must be an issue inside our Dashboard then, because if I go to Enfold>Theme Updates, it says there is no update available and that I’m running the latest theme, then if I click on “check manually” it finds nothing and tells me I’m up to date. See attached snapshot to see what I mean.
November 19, 2015 at 5:09 pm in reply to: Original Header Menu Quick CSS Code No Longer Working #539098Hi, according to our dashboards for each site we’re up to date? Link attached.

November 17, 2015 at 9:42 am in reply to: Original Header Menu Quick CSS Code No Longer Working #537183Hi Yigit,
Thanks – that definitely solved the problem. There is a weird issue now though – the menu items are weirdly misaligned. I’ve attached a link to the snapshot for you to see in the private content area.
Best
Thanks, Josue!
Hi Elliot,
I personally am not too clued up on code (The username “WebMaster” was given to me kind of as an in-house joke) but I know the original source was HTML and included <div> sections, if that helps?
Although it doesn’t really matter, because the code you gave worked. Thank you :) Could I perhaps place this code in the Quick CSS section as I’d prefer this for all pages?
Thanks
Hi Elliott,
Okay, I’ve created a test page for you in the Private Content area with the form on the actual page and I’ve also set the popup form to appear when you try to leave. This way you can see both instances and the differences between them. The form on hte page doesn’t have a heading, but we did that on purpose so don’t worry about that.
Hope it works – thanks!
Hi,
Oh I see… Ok, thanks. I’m not sure it’s worth sending a page link as the form displays perfectly in-page, just not inside a popup (which is executed via their service using a tag). What I can do is send you a snapshot of what the form is supposed to look like and what it looks like when inside a popup?
I’ve attached links to the snapshots in the private content area.
As you can see, the “Form On Page” is what the form is supposed to look like. But “Form Inside Popup” is what it looks like when in a popup, with dark borders appearing above the title and around the first two fields.
Hope that helps!
