Please can someone at Support attend to my issue – it’s been 2 days since I gave you my login details and I’ve heard nothing back.

Yes.
That is all correct – it says “We checked the token on 2020/05/17 08:44 and we were able to connect to Envato and could access the following information:
“Your purchases, your username and your email” (I abbreviated that bit for you!).
It says “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.5.7)”
“Last successful check was on 2020/05/18 06:14.”
My Username and Email are all correct.

I’ve just noticed that your update has created a slight issue with one of my pages that I’ve just noticed, and which also happens to the other website Yigit updated for me (both sites are identical).
It’s a very slight error happening on just one page and which I’m convinced can easily be fixed (basically, on one page of mine, a couple of images aren’t being displayed, even though they are still there in the Advanced Layout Builder).
Please can you tell me how I can activate the Advanced Layout Builder for Enfold version 4.4.1. ?
The page I need to reference in *another* site, is still on 4.4.1. yet doesn’t have Advanced Layout Builder set (which is strange as the Advanced Layout Builder is the only way I can work with Enfold) so I cannot tell what’s going on.

Following from your advice, I have just updated both the WordPress version, and the PHP version – both to the latest available, I’ve tested my site and it’s working fine.So could you now please update the Enfold theme – your support member Yigit (https://kriesi.at/support/profile/yigit/) did it for me very recently on another ‘identical’ website I have (that had old versions of PHP and WordPress) and that update worked fine.
Yigit did it via FTP, which is something I’m not comfortable doing that way.
If your update doesn’t work, I can always restore the site because my hosting company take daily backups.
You have my permission to update it via the FTP method ! Please help me (or someone else from Support, as you have previously done this for me, no problem).

Thank you for that – I was unaware that anyone from Kriesi was working on things.
Please can you tell me what else I need to do, do I need to Enter a Valid Private Token ? How do I get one of those (the links provided do not show how that’s done)
I have other Enfold Sites so is it a case of updating them via FTP ?

Please can you be a bit more helpful than that – this thread is 12 pages and 355 posts. Your link refers me back to the very beginning of Page 1 of this Thread. Exactly where am I supposed to look ?
The very first thing I did was install that “Update Themes and Plugins from Zip File”. I ran that, did what your Page 1 of your link tells us to do and I got that error message I mention;
““The link you followed has expired.”
“Please try again.”
So again, I repeat, please can you advise me what I need to do or what it is that I’m doing wrong. Or…. send me a link to exactly what it is I’m supposed to be referring to?

I have not been comfortable since today to try updating the Enfold theme, and when I try with the plugin method I get the;

I’ve gone into where you say and rightly so, it had been changed to Lora.
I would really like to understand this concept of Child Theme. Please can you explain ? I have read the support page but didn’t understand it (I’m not a wordpress expert, I have two websites, the live one I did design it and did go into WordPress for most of it, so I know my way around Enfold quite well, but I don’t understand the concept of Child Theme).
I am reluctant at this stage to UPDATE my LIVE (good) website with the latest Enfold because of this text issue I have seen with my currently under development site. I’m scared other things will change (and I no longer have access to my great web developer as he has moved on to another career !).
Is it easy to convert a website to one which uses ‘child’ themes ?

Thanks cherrman, but I have no idea a) how that got there, b) why I have it and the Enfold demo I based my website on doesn’t and c) how do I remove that ?
Please can you help – I’ve not seen this before and have two Enfold sites – one of which is my main source of income and this new site which is still under development.
This must be a recent thing that has been introduced as my established site definitely didn’t have it to begin with.

Okay, I’ve done a bit of investigation and can see that you are incorrect.
Your own demos of Enfold don’t display this behaviour, so why is mine ?
e.g. http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-one-page-portfolio/#portfolio is okay, so is mine not (exteriorrenderings.com.
exteriorrenderings is an import and play with of your one-page-portfolio demo, so something must be affecting that.
Please can you provide me with the support I seek – I feel suggesting that it’s an Add-on issue is kinda lame IMO.

Please can you tell me what you mean and how I can disable all browser addons ? Is this something I do in Enfold ? If so, where ?
I have tested my website in IE, FF, Chrome and Chrome Incognito and it happens in them all.

Hi,
Not sure what you mean by ‘locked’ – it’s not locked in any way, anyone should be able to go to my site with that link provided (just tried in several browsers and I can see the bubble every time I hover over my logo) .
I’m sure I have the latest API keys, not sure what you’re implying by that (I have purchased two copies and using Enfold in only two places) – 3dvisuals.co.uk and exteriorrenderings.com
Also, I don’t understand about child themes etc – is there any where I can look up in Support about what Child theme means ?

I want the page title to be whatever I set it, in the above example the page title is “3D Modelling | 3D Still Image and 3D Animation Visualisers”
However, I do NOT want the breadcrumb to have the page title in there as well.
I simply want the breadcrumb to have the string of links needed to get to that page, so for example “Home / About”.

I am new to WP but I find it very restrictive that the breadcrumb is a line of links and then the rightmost ‘link’ detail is the document title ??
I want the last rightmost bit of text to be the MENU text.How can this be achieved ??
Eg – on my ‘About’ page (the Menu button for this page is called “About”).
However, the page Title is “3D Modelling | 3D Still Image and 3D Animation Visualisers”.
Surely the breadcrumb should be;
Home / About
And not;
Home / About / 3D Modelling | 3D Still Image and 3D Animation Visualisers
We just want “Home / About”.
Please advise.

We don’t want that slider to be parallax, or scroll, but fixed and the css you’ve given gives us scroll.
