When you say toggling off the file compression, you refer to CSS & JS file compression ?
It does get back the site but the background images on the sections inside the homepage disappear as well as all the hero banners on all the website main pages.
If I deactivate the cache plugin and I clear all caches, I get them back but as soon as I reactivate it they disappear again. I just to make sure it works before getting down to the production site.
