    Hi, I have replaced the H1 header with a custom font. It appears fine in Chrome but not in IE. Can you advise what I can do to ensure browser cross-compatibility. The font I want to use is Old English and I have uploaded the TTF file.

    Can you please let us know what version of IE are you checking, to see if the browser supports the custom fonts?

    Hi, I’m using IE version 11. I checked it in Safari and it works fine. It just seems to be IE that is the problem.

    Hi,

     TTF format is not supported by all browsers. Please check our documentation and upload the correct font formats and it should work fine :)
