    Hello, I have been trying to update my theme, and it will not update. WordPress is up to date, as are all other elements. It simply states the following: An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. Problem downloading theme. I’d love some help with this – thanks!

    Hey carendavis,

    Sorry for the problems. Could you try to update manually via FTP instead please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If you should need any further help then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.

    I have just done this and the site is now not working – siting ERROR 500….

    RESOLVED – I deleted the file and started over, it is working now. Not sure what happened there, but I am relieved to say the least!!
