Hi,
I’m using the theme with menu on the left. Is it possible to add content underneath the social media icons? I have attached a picture.

I can’t see any images in your post, but you can try to add a widget to the header: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/header/#adding-a-header-widget-area
