Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.4.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update

I can confirm that I have the latest theme, but no burger menu :(

Hi,

Try disabling all active plugins to see if this issue resolves. I’m seeing the button in the code itself but its not displaying.
