    Hi,

    CSS & Javascript Merging and Compression
    I have switched on this option in Enfold theme options but it is not merging or compressing files. There are about 20 shortcode CSS files?

    Woo product variants
    Selecting a variant doesn’t change the image to the variant image. I’ve done some googling and it seems this doesn’t work with Enfold – is this correct?

    Let me know what other info you need from me, I have provided a login credentials and a link in the private area.

    Thanks for that, did you try to clear the cache from SG Cache and leave it deactivated to see if anything changes then?

    Hi Rikard, I’ve purged and disabled the cache. The test on the cacher confirms that the site is now dynamic rather than cached.

    The files are still not merged.

    Any ideas?

    Hi kesdeg,

    Can you give us also ftp access? so we can try to enable the error logs and check further.
    Just post the details in private content so it’s only visible to the moderators.

    You have the footer.php in your child theme, did you update it with the fresh copy?

    Hi, which fresh copy are you referring to? The files still are not merged and compressed even with the footer deleted from the child theme. Also can you advise on the product variant images?

    Hi, I’m sorry what do you want me to upload via FTP? The footer.php that is in there is the one from the latest theme with a small amend. Please can you help with this as we are waiting to put the site live but can’t with all those references to style sheets.

    What is your hosting provider? That’s very strange, maybe some settings are preventing it.

    Site ground is hosting provider. We are waiting on this one issue to go live so very keen for you guys to look at this one.
