    Hello,
    I logged the issue with the layerslider developers who said that there is a JS error related to an Avia script, you can see it if you open up the browser console. This JS error appears to be the reason why the slider cannot initialize properly, as it’s interfering with the slider. I’d recommend to contact the author of Avia to see what they can do about this JS error. Once that JS error is fixed, the slider will work as well.

    I am not a coder or developer, so really need some help on this one.

    Hey mrmarkf,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.4.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
