Hello guys!
I pretty understand that my knowledge will cause laughter from a local guru. Also can assume that this issue has already been chat over here, but guys…I read your topics and for me it’s an alien language!
I got full info about the miracles of engines and templates by Kriesi and did everything according instructions. I bought, downloaded, activated and just wanted to change a little in the standard template…but the page does not open and gives the following information:
ERROR 502 – BAD GATEWAY
Why am I seeing this page?
The server that your request has reached is acting as a gateway or proxy to fulfil the request made by your client.
Web Browser => Web Front-End => Web Back-End
This server (Web Front-End) received an invalid response from an upstream (Web Back-End) server it accessed to fulfil the request.
In most cases this will not mean that the upstream server is down, but rather that the upstream server and the gateway/proxy do not agree on the protocol for exchanging data.
This problem is most commonly caused when there is a problem with IP communications between the Web Front and Back-Ends. Before you attempt to resolve this problem you should clear your browser cache completely.

That is a server-side issue so you should contact your hosting provider. How did you install the theme? The documentation should help you setup the theme.

if other theme templates working smoothly is that hosting provider problem?
I love Enfold Freelancer template exactly and I just like to change some photos, text and start using asap but as luck would have it this template does not work.
I can assume that I did everything correctly and the hosting server reacts correctly, because the other templates works! I have problem with one kind template only((

Thank you for that, though that does not help much. Did you manage to get Enfold installed or do you still need help with it?

Please describe in more detail what help you need.
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

But after import can not to open for make a change by Avia Layout Editor.
On the same time all other kind template import and use without any problem, but I really need those one Freelance Enfold.I will acitvate Temporary Login Without Password asap for sure. Thanks for help.

On your screen shot my favorite template alos looks workable.
I have not idea what to do. I guess just try to build the same variant from the start my self) But pity for time…I am really not а pro(
