    Hi

    I purchased the Enfold theme in 2013. I am trying to use it on a new website, but the purchase code is being rejected:

    I have no login to manage licences at the APEX login – I have not seen this before.

    You would need unfortunately to buy the theme again.
    There is no other way or something we can do for you.

    I am sorry, but I don’t understand why I need to buy the theme again. There is nothing wrong with the one I have and it is not being used on any other site. Can you give me a login to the APEX thing, whatever it is/

    Hi,

    Are you using plugin i attached in private content field?
    If so, you would need your Cornerstone purchase code to update the plugin.

    If you would like to receive Enfold auto updates in WP dashboard, please refer to post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-registration and insert your username and API key in Enfold theme options.
