Around Jan 2018 (not sure exact date0 emails submitted from the Enfold contact form starting going to Spam. My site is hosted on WPEngine. I am running Enfold 4.2.3. My email provider does not have wpengine blacklisted. I can send emails to my information@XXXX.com from my email client and it does not go to Spam. It goes to the information@XXXX.com. If I fill in the contact form and submit it, it goes to spam.

I’m not sure why that would be, but you could try to use SMTP to see if that helps. Also please consider updating to the latest version of the theme (4.4.1): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update
