    I just updated to enfold 4.4 which I believe is newest. I did the same way as usual using cpanel to upload zip file & extracting which overwrites all the codes.

    Now there’s nothing, blank page and lost access to everything. Need help ASAP! How do I revert this or fix this?

    Site does have Child Theme which is really only used for CSS. nothing else.

    Server uses php 7.0 & PHP-FPM.

    PLEASE HELP!

    Hey bulewold,

    Sorry for the problems. Could you try to completely remove the theme folder from the server, then upload the new version of the theme via FTP to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update

    That’s working for some of the site. One of them had issue but I’ll try again tomorrow.

    Btw, do you know if there’s a way to preview or see what background images look like? (within color section) It doesn’t seem like there’s a way to see it until you update/preview the page… which takes quiet a bit of work just to see what background image looks like… not to mention most of them is not even noticeable….
