Hello Kriesi team,
sorry for my bad english, I hope you can understand what I mean. My problem is:
Safari on mobile devices does not show the whole slider picture, it is stretched like for large screens. It looks fine on Chrome and Firefox though.
What can I do?Kind regards,
SandraJune 1, 2018 at 10:27 am #965166Hi Sandra,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update

this update is not available on the Dashboard. There are only updates for Twenty Fifteen, Twenty Seventeen and Twenty Sixteen.

The automatic updates don’t work on all server environments unfortunately, could you try to perform the update manually via FTP instead maybe?

SandraJune 6, 2018 at 1:02 pm #967821Hi Sandra,
Thanks for the feedback. It’s unfortunately very difficult for background images to look the same on all screen sizes. Maybe you could try to duplicate the element in question and then use image which are better adapted to smaller screens? You can hide/show the correct one by using the screen options in the element options.

SandraJune 15, 2018 at 12:24 pm #973275Hi,
Is it working properly when the background attachment is set to “scroll”? You can also try this css code.
@media (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 2), (min-resolution: 192dpi) { .avia-fullscreen-slider .avia-slideshow[data-image_attachment="fixed"]>ul>li { background-attachment: scroll; } } @media only screen and (max-device-width : 1024px) { .avia-fullscreen-slider .avia-slideshow[data-image_attachment="fixed"]>ul>li { background-attachment: scroll; } }Best regards,
