Hello Support,
Since Enfold version 4.2, updates have been breaking one of the sites I am responsible for: org-consult.com. I’ve attempted several versions with the same result, usually manually uploading via FTP. Other themes are updating without issue; i only have the Twenty Seventeen theme on the site, besides Enfold and the child theme.
I have created a dev site to trouble-shoot and fix the issue. I haven’t attempted a theme update on the dev site – I thought it might be helpful if you do the initial attempt to help monitor what is happening.

I’ve placed the FTP and ADMIN User login info in the Private Content.
Can you help me trouble-shoot this?
Oh yes, it doesn’t seem to be a plugin issue either.

Did you try to completely delete the theme folder and then upload the new version via FTP? I think that should work, you can try it out on your staging site first to make sure your production site doesn’t go down.
