This website (on Private content) is also using Enfold and the burger is somehow different.

Do you mean burger is not there on some screen sizes?

They use secondary menu on the same line with their logo and use main menu below logo. Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/header/ and find some header customization snippets there.
