Hi,
I have a license for Enfold theme.
On the ‘update theme’ section it says:
“Theme Updates
No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.3.2)”On the Enfold sales page it tells me the current version is 4.3.
https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990How can I make it upgrade to the latest version! I tried changing the username and adding a new license key, but neither worked. The only thing I can think of is uninstalling and reinstalling the theme but I don’t want to do that yet …
May 19, 2018 at 11:01 am #959010I did a manual FTP upgrade. That seemed to get me to 4.3.1. :)
May 19, 2018 at 11:39 am #959024I have the same problem. But when i do i FTP Update my site shows ony blank. What could that be?
I have now Enfold 4.0.7- This reply was modified 6 years, 6 months ago by Max.
May 20, 2018 at 3:04 am #959280Max, make sure you uploaded the right files to the right place. I uploaded the latest enfold zip tile (from the downloads section, unzip that, then take the enfold zip file called enfold.zip from there) via File Manager from cpanel to the correct directory and then unzipped it there.

September 13, 2018 at 6:04 am #1009222Hi JaimeGenovart,
Did you try to first delete the old version then upload the new? That should help with the error you are getting. If you still can’t get it working then please open a new thread and include admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
RikardSeptember 13, 2018 at 11:41 am #1009334For me it did also not work with just copying all the files. The problem i had was that several files were modified by a former webmaster.
Without these modifications the site did not work.September 13, 2018 at 12:26 pm #1009353Hi,
I don’t know which files were modified but you can try to delete the /wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/ folder and to upload the new config-templatebuilder folder (from the updated enfold.zip you download from themeforest) to the /wp-content/themes/enfold/ directory.
Best regards,
Peter -
