I’m using GoDaddy and I’m lost on how to fix this problem.
Hey marketingmojotn,
Can you please check server log for error?
Here is how to find it: http://snapcreek.com/blog/wordpress-error-log-friend/
Best regards,
Victoria
Hi Victoria,
Thank you for responding. Sorry it took me so long to respond. So I fixed the original problem but I have a site doing the same thing. I’ve narrowed it down to the theme which is throwing the error. I was not able to get in the back end so I went in to my file manager and disabled all of my plugins. I was then able to get into the back end but the site is still white. If I change to another theme it works fine, just not enfold. If I click the enfold tab on the left side of the dashboard it takes me to a blank screen. I put the error log and the 404.php into the private info section. Hopefully you can help me.
Thanks,
James
Hi James,
Sorry for the problems. Could you try to completely delete the theme folder from the server, and then upload a fresh copy of the theme from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update
Best regards,
