    Hi,
    Me=Noob
    Can’t work at my backend, because the editor is just loading….and changes on the website: colours, fonts…and cryptical warnings….
    I didn’t find malware as well….
    deinstalled all plugins, dated up….but NOTHING.

    I’m not sure exactly where you have set that, but it’s likely in the administration panel of the hosting you are using?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, all login details are working. I can see that you are running a very old version of the theme, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.3.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update

    Make sure that you have proper backups in place before you update, in case something should go wrong.

    Thx!!!!!! OMG, I feel embarrassed….I thought I did every update….but I never saw the option to….API Key is installed to receive the messages…..

    I tried to, but there are no updates available or me….not via theme options or via Dashboard….

    Hi,

    I’m not sure why that would be, did you double check the API details? If you still don’t get the update notifications, then please try to update manually via FTP. You will find instructions in the link I posted previously.

    Ok, I uploaded the enfold 3.2 via ftp…..

    I am running out of time…because I have to promote a festival on my website…..

    Hi,

    Please go to /wp-content/themes/enfold folder and delete it then upload once again via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#ftp-install
    If you would like us to look into it, please check FTP logins once again. They did not work for me.
